Lindsey Antman is a certified mind body nutrition coach and yoga teacher. Inspired by a personal history of disordered eating & thinking around food, as well as her training in nutrition science & psychology, Lindsey founded her coaching business, Mind Body Kitchen, in 2018.
Through her personalized programs, Lindsey guides her clients to transform their relationship with food and dives deep into their unique life experiences in order to realize the true roots of any unwanted eating behaviors, excess weight, poor digestion or low energy and mood.
