i saw a tiktok recently where someone was struggling to go without texting their ex and reached out to people for advice on what to do and i was inspired to give you guys all my tips and tricks from when i was in a similar situation in the past.

so we're talking about the no contact rule and how it actually works (in my experience), why you shouldn't send that late night text message, why i am obsessed with TED talks on relationships and dating, and more on what i believe a healthy relationship should look like.
