“Eulogies” serves as the title of the new album from Ohio-based metalcore outfit, Wolves At The Gate. We are joined by guitarist Steve Cobucci to talk about the band's history and his own journey which paved the way up to where he is now. There have been painful parts in his life that we touch on that translate into one of the themes into this album. Between negative experiences, his faith, and his perseverance – Steve has been grateful to learn so much about himself over the years. “Eulogies” is a culmination of not only his experiences, but the bands as a whole. Seems as if the chemistry is at it's finest after over 10 years of playing the music they love. We also get the chance to ask Steve about other interests that feed into his creativity of music, and that includes being a carpenter and building his own studio, where the bulk of the album's production took place. And lastly, Steve shares his opinion on being labeled a Christian band, and how he views the direction the band is taking with that aspect. It's time for some more Testament - The legendary Chuck Billy returns to IUF, and this time we get the chance to catch up with him on everything he's been up to since 2020. Death metal and romantic comedies don't usually mesh...or do they? We welcome one of the up and coming frontmen in modern death metal, Alexander Jones from New York-based band Undeath, onto IUF. “I wanted to be in the most kick-ass all-female band ever.” It's time to live your truth and shred some gnar with Nobro - one of the more talented up-and-coming punk outfits in the modern era. Growing up, seasoned veteran vocalist/frontman Rob Dukes was immersed in the genres of punk rock during his youth, at the same time it served as a gateway genre before tapping into the music of heavy metal. Fast forward to now, he has conquered many roads of fronting other music acts such as Exodus, Bloodmoon Ritual, and Fragile Mortals. If there was any artist out there who needed a memoir written, it's Rob. We get the chance to sit with him to talk about his latest work with his current band, Generation Kill. The new album “MKUltra”, captures a revamped sound of the bands established work in thrash-crossover. Rob takes us through the production process that picked up from where they left off, which was nearly 10 years ago. A decade between albums is not an easy task, but Generation Kill knows no limit on time in between releases. The wait was sure worth every second, and Rob has been grateful during those years which allowed him to grow personally and artistically.
