Today's guest is Devin Burr Aka Mr. Burr. About 5 years ago Devin had declared bankruptcy and had only a few hundred dollars to his name. As a single father with a daughter to take care of he knew something had to change so He buckled down, got his head in the game, and began to dig himself out from under his own situation. He was working at quicken loans at the time and he would save as much money as he could knowing that he needed seed money for when he found an opportunity. During this time he found his partner Danielle and together they became a power team, pooling their money together to do their first flip. One flip led to the next and to the next and today Devin is sitting in a totally different place from where he was 5 years ago. Fast forward to now... he and Danielle are married They have a beautiful home that they aggressively pay down to avoid interest. They have 2 new vehicles free and clear! And just a few months ago Devin was able to purchase his “dream” car They now have several $100k in liquid capital. Quito has had quite a life journey. During his childhood, Quito had to escape from Laos and enter into a new land of America. Once in the land of opportunity he lived up to the expectations of his family, went through school, was accepted to University, and received a degree in engineering and technology. He landed a good job but soon realized that the job was draining his spirit and he needed a change. He transitioned into Realestate as an agent and accidentally stumbled into real estate investing when he wholesale his first property. After seeing the power of Real Estate as a vehicle to build wealth, Quito dove headfirst only to be rudely awakened a few years later when the market shifted in 08. He lost everything and hit a low point in life. From there Quito has begun to rebuild and now has a successful Investing business doing multiple flips a year and one of the toughest markets in the country.

Jazmine is a pretty interesting woman just 3.5 years she announced she was pregnant and a few days later was fired from her J.O.B. With a baby on the way and a new need for income Jazmine turned her sights onto real estate investing. She began to get herself educated, found mentors, and took action! In her first year she was able to clear 100K in wholesale fees, free her husband from his 9-5, and today she has done 100 deals! Jazimine is now based in Baltimore, runs local real estate meet ups and helps new investors get into the real estate space through her online virtual wholesaling course. Although he had been there for 4 years, was earning 6 figures, and had gained plenty of promotions and upward advancements he felt something was missing.
