A solo episode. 

I'm currently on holidays on the south coast in New South Wales with family and received an email about how many listens this podcast is getting. And it inspired me to sit down and have a conversation with you about something I care a lot about. Relaxing and receiving.

The relaxing and receiving is something I care more and more about. And it's a process. If you're feeling super tense and busy, your nervous system may need some tender love, care and time to find that place of relaxing. But it is possible. It is available to you. I can say that from experience.

So this episode is a little conversation. An invitation to open up to this concept. Allow support into your life from life and everyone around you. 

The give and receive cycle of life really does go both ways. Let it in. Even just a little.

This is the second episode with my mentor and friend Rebecca Thompson. This is the first guest I've had on twice. (She must be special.) 

This episode is inspired by an incredible experience Rebecca recently took herself on to kick start 2022 with a clean start. Rebecca took herself on a solo bush camp waterfast... no journal, no guitar, nothing to distract. Talk about going INTO THE NOTHING.

It was just her, a tent, a few clothes, a yoga mat, a bolster and lots of water for four days.

In this episode we talk about why she did it, what she experienced being out there on her own (trust me it's worth a listen) and what she's noticing now being back in her 'normal' life with her family.

Rebecca asked for a knowing of total surrender and that was exactly what she had the opportunity to receive.

Many things resulted, but at the essence was a profound deepening of faith and heightening of her intuition and the divine light that is the truth of who she is.

A conversation of what's possible when we choose to get to know the truth of who we are. The 'nothing' really is everything, in the most tangible way.

In this episode I sit down with two of my fav humans Keezia Leigh and Emma Baker.

Now these two women are known for their bravery and balls or should I say va-jay-jay to the wall approach to life and business.

They go ALL THE WAY IN on their desires. No stone left unturned. No words left unsaid.

Two of my dearest friends and I also pay them thousands of dollars a month to mentor me and essentially drown me in unconditional love and belief in everything I create. It's pretty fucking cool. 

This duo are besties and business partners. The mind-blowing synchronicities with these women is a story in itself - both living at the same address, falling pregnant, having babies together and both constantly inviting each other to live (in every money) that anything is possible. The two women attribute their abundance and transformation to love and sisterhood.

And to celebrate, I have one of my favourite humans on, to talk all things love, truth and the beauty in simplicity. 

Introducing my bela Brazilian bestie - Aline Amorim.

Aline and I magically met in 2015 (we share the story in the episode) and she cracked me open to love with her passion for life.

In Aline's words 'she has scratched all the itches' in this life. She's done it all. Aline fluently speaks multiple languages. Traveled all around the world. And after living a jet-set life in Ibiza, her friends called her crazy when she decided to leave her high-flying life to live in a wooden hut in Guatemala. 

This woman is the embodiment of love. Everything she touches is infused with love.

She's a mum to her gorgeous daughter Lua.  She's also an alchemist. And with her crafty Swedish beloved Mikael, they have created a heaven on earth sacred home temple and garden in Guatemala called Sacred Garden Yoga (see links below). (Check it out, it's mind-blowing.) And now they are expanding their passion for life by co-creating a sustainable community for like-hearted soul family in Brazil called AMAR Sanctuary.
