I’ve been dreaming of starting a podcast network for three years now and I’m excited to announce that it’s finally happening.

I couldn’t be more honored to announce the launch of SANDYBOY Productions and the very first show joining the network! Please welcome the Up & Running Podcast hosted by my friends Lauren Floris and Nick Klastava. Nick and Lauren both run for Rabbit Elite and compete at a high level themselves. Lauren will be running in the Olympic Trials for the marathon in February and Nick is on his way to breaking 2:30 in the marathon and just ran a 1:14 half.

The Up and Running podcast will deliver newsworthy topics surrounding the running community each week on Tuesday’s. If there is a big race or event going on or someone has a breakthrough race, you will hear about it on this show! Both Nick and Lauren are passionate about all the nerdy details and I’m sure this will become the place you come to hear all about what’s going on.
