Meet Joi, a millennial Black professional turning pain into a passion project. She decided to make a community for women of color to share their experiences in the workplace after having several traumatizing work experiences and wishing there was a group of women she could talk to about her challenges, judgment-free. Each episode, she'll talk about an element of problematic work culture and invite other women to discuss these topics from their perspectives, as well. Allies are encouraged to listen, learn and then go and do their part to be better in their workspaces.
