We've all been there. For one reason or another someone decides to whack us. Occasionally we whack ourselves. Whack is when someone hits you with an insult or invalidation with the intent to wound you. You can see why whacking ourselves can be so harmful.

A whack is a jab or chastisement that's meant to sting.

Why do we open ourselves up to being whacked? Why does someone feel the need to whack another? Those might be unanswerable questions in as much as sometimes people get triggered and their knee-jerk reaction is to whack someone. It might sound like "Why are you so stupid to do such and such?" Except that there's some force behind it - like getting whacked with a baseball bat. Ouch! That can hurt!

This past 2 weeks I got whacked hard in a couple of different instances and I really got the energetic snot knocked out of me!

What did I ever do to you to deserve this? Sometimes nothing. Sometimes we are just easy targets for someone's ire. t doesn't make it right and it certainly doesn't make it hurt any less.

In this healing meditation, I decided to cut the chat portion and just leave the healing part.
