Spend some time building an operational business structure. Business owners, founders, or CEOs tend to hold everything in their heads and if you're going to be a solopreneur then maybe it's not the end of the world but if you got any sort of scale in mind you're gonna hit a lot of roadblocks when everything is in your head. So, getting things down on paper, whether that's a process, or operating procedures you can share with the team. If you get that organizational structure in place and can share it with the team, get it out of your head, you can move faster, and also you're not gonna be the bottleneck of everything and you can dedicate a lot more freely.
