A Brand is only the domain of consumer-facing companies. It's an organizing governing principle that allows decision-makers to make informed decisions faster, better and cheaper. That's what a brand does for anybody.

Your business will continue to grow as long as you focus on what is important to you: delivering high-quality coaching, development, service, or high-quality product that you want to serve. You will continue to grow if your customers know what they are coming to you for: quality.

You read so much about the food and beverage industry right now that plant-based and keto and everything else that is going on, you'd think it's an easy industry to be successful in, because there are so many new brands launching. Yes, there is a lot of access to capital but there wasn't 20 years ago it's very challenging and very competitive. Grocery is an expensive market to launch in and one of the myths there is that it's easy to be successful in this industry.

Get really clear about what is it you really want so that you can focus. You don't have to do a lot of things to be successful rather than find specific things you need to focus on and that's where coaching really helps to align with that. So figuring out how much time do you want to spend, how much do you need to make and what do you love to do and then finding the highest value offer you can create with those three things intersect, and once you found that and you have that strategic highest value for you then learn how to market it rather than just feeling like you had to do all the things.

When you look at "Mistakes" as a mistake is a negative term like you did something wrong but it's not. There is no such thing as a mistake. As long as you are able to learn from it it's not a mistake, it's beneficial. A lot of entrepreneurs say that they look at people who failed a lot more times than they look at people who are more successful.

Just start, people who are thinking about starting. You don't need to sit and ponder for weeks or months about whether or not you want to do it, the best is to do it and see if you like it. Let data guide you on your path because when you do it either you'll absolutely love it which is great or you'll hesitate and avoid doing that.

Fail fast, move fast, and don't reinvent the wheel. If there's something that's been done you can use it. Especially in engineering products,  use APIs, use things off the shop. You're Initial goal should actually prove that this technology is possible or the product is possible. So, get that MVP out, get it to the hands of people and have them use it. sometimes all the planning in the world won't do any good unless you actually take that first step and take action. It's not gonna be perfect the first time around, they're gonna be a lot of holes, bugs, gaps in whatever you do but you own it, you actually built something, delivered it. That is the most important thing.

Find a mentor, find someone who has tread that path, find someone who has already done it, it makes life much easier. In the business journey of Anton Dormer, as he reached the peak of his business success, there was nobody beside him he was alone. He had to do all of the research and investigation. There was no one for him to show a way to achieve his success. So, basically find a mentor who could guide you along the long journey of your business success.

Build Network. That's extremely important. Bryon when was younger, he used to think network building is not authentic because he felt like using people and like trying to figure out who is most valuable to him. After a while, he realized that none of us is really that great all by ourselves. It's not about figuring out what others can do for him, it's really about recognizing that he's better with other people in his network.

Focus on three things - Skillsets, Character Traits & Beliefs. These are the three things that will impact the entrepreneurs. You are responsible for that business's growth, not the people you hire or any other factor. It's the skillsets, beliefs, and character traits that you have as the entrepreneur, that allow that asset to grow. If you're lacking in one of the areas, you might have all the right skillsets but not the beliefs to follow through and do it. So, it has to align in a way where you're not capped to a certain level because your beliefs are lacking or you're character traits are lacking behind. Try to align all the three factors on the same level.
