CEO of inviteCHANGE, Janet M. Harvey, reflects on the past month, which was full of tension and challenges.
She discusses the importance of paying attention to each moment and making choices instead of operating on auto-pilot. Janet encourages you to untie the knot in you rope and restore yourself to sovereignty.
April showers bring May flowers rings in my head, hearing my Mother's voice when I wanted Spring sunshine and warmth to arrive closer to the Equinox. In my childhood mind and heart, I could control Mother Nature. As an adult, I realize how futile the idea of controlling anything has always been. Now I notice that to seek harmony in my life requires loving stillness so that I hear, perceive, and appreciate the many sources available to navigate life.
Check out the amazing resources I have in store for you this month that will enliven your choice to seek harmony - whatever that means for you!

All good coaches watch for the patterns that want to emerge and take control of the here and now.
Have you ever noticed a pattern in your life - or in your coaching practice - that shows up again and again? Maybe it is a pattern that is not serving you or your client.
In the recording of this blog, Christine Delprete, ACC relays her experience with a particular habit she noticed that wasn't serving her clients. She reflects on the ways she keeps present with her clients so she can focus on coaching and stay out of problem-solving.
