Whether we accept an idea or reject an idea, we make a choice. Choice-making over time builds habits and preferences that operate on autopilot. When we realize we are unsatisfied with the outcomes of our autopilot choices we are often already suffering. Can you imagine yourself replacing that cycle with more deliberate change?
