Chicago used to be a base area, if not THE base area for Notre Dame on the recruiting trail. That changed over the last couple of decades, but the Chicago Area is LOADED with talent in the 2027 and 2028 classes. It’s imperative that Notre Dame dominate in Chicago in 2027 and 2028.
