Trying to tone your muscles is like having one foot on the gas and the other on the brake. You can push as hard as you can, but you’re gonna get nowhere
You can’t tone a muscle, and anyone who tries to tell you that you can, has zero clue what they’re talking about.
Having that “toned” look is having more muscle and less body fat. You don’t get “toned” but lifting light weights for high reps, eating clean, and doing a ton of cardio.
You get “toned” by trying to get strong AF, lifting heavy, training hard, and pushing yourself further and further every day
If you’re afraid of getting too big and too bulky, you’re never going to get that physique you want. Sorry. Not sorry.
