Our first horror movie! The Gomers try not to be too scared as they discuss the dark, gritty, lonely, wet, no-one-can-hear-you-scream ALIEN. How can a ship that size be run by a crew of seven? Why does the alien look so much like the interior of the ship? How come everything is so dirty, and what’s with the Christmas lights? Does it seem like director Ridley Scott could basically do whatever he wanted? And wait…does all that actually make the movie perfect?
