"You should never expect a room upgrade and just book the room you want". We are sick and tired of hearing this line over and over again when discussing the issues with the various hotel loyalty programs. So many people think it is entitled to expect/ask for a hotel room upgrade due to elite status. We think this is a BS claim. Today we will explain our reasoning to why it is NOT entitled to expect a hotel room upgrade.
