More than three million homes in Ontario use natural gas for home heating. And it accounts for about 10 per cent of the energy supply in the province's electrical grid. But municipalities across the province are saying ,no, to new natural-gas fired power plants citing climate change concerns. Does this signal the beginning of the end for natural gas in the province? Do we need to ditch natural gas? Or do we need it to ensure we have affordable and reliable power?
