Hi Everyone! 

Matilda & Olivia here, we are ecstatic to introduce our podcast to you. 

When we came up with the name for this podcast we really wanted to encapsulate the way we both (and many of you) have felt growing up in an age where looking a certain way is valued more than feeling and being good enough.

“Is this flattering?” Felt like a statement we both feel labeled our adolescence and early 20s and represents the insecurities placed on us by weight and body stigmas. 

The topics we discuss here won’t be at all flattered down or neutralised to be less important. We hope to expose the myths and falsity of today's wellness and nutrition culture and show up for you here undiluted and unfiltered.

We all have an experience of ‘unflattering’ and we hope we can support you through your own body image healing journey away from the deeply ingrained fatphobic messaging we were all conditioned by.
