How do you know when to quit? 

Well that’s what this week’s episode is all about! Be it quitting jobs, relationships, dating, activities etc. 

There’s a plethora of thoughts and feelings that accompany the sometimes very daunting task and we’re sharing our take on it all. 

In true IHA fashion we also take a detour to discuss how we’ve both been feeling off recently, new/wasted gym memberships and whether or not we like the idea of sharing a bed with a partner.
