Let's talk mental health this week y'all! But this week, we are going into the mental health of moms.
Not that my singleton/married no kid lady friends don't need a mental health check-in too.. this episode just isn't directed at you. { wait your turn ;) }
That being said, all women's mental health matters. But in the last year.. literally, it's the beginning of March. So for ONE WHOLE YEAR now, we have had to balance situations and tribulations that no mothers have ever had to balance EVER.
Moms are basically multi-faceted, multi-hat wearing goddess (not in a pandemic) we are the boo kissers, booger pickers, best gru voice doers there is.. and if you are an ambitious mom- chancers are you also show up for you to show up for the littles.....then 2020.
and we went from multi hat wears .. to multi hat wearing before 8 am. EVERY HOUR. ON. THE. HOUR.
and whilst it's a year later, there's virtual school, navigating kid mask-wearing, playdates, and everything else out of our control.
I'm no expert but in the episode, I throw down some tips that keep me sane & my hope is some of them help you too.
