It has been a busy season of diplomatic engagements between Europe and China. It's almost hard to keep track of the number of official visits between the two sides since the end of last year. Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang's visit was the most recent one. From May 8 to 12, he visited Germany, France, and Norway, during which he proposed three principles for maintaining stable relations. What exactly are these principles?
