After two weeks we return with a new segment - First Stream Ever - where we watch and discuss an iconic series or film we've never watched. Our inaugural subject is HBO's groundbreaking prison-drama series, 1997's Oz. We also catch up on N.O.T. with #DavidMakesMan, run a gamut of new Headlines and look forward to new series beginning this week. 

This final week of July we recap the highlights from San Diego Comic-Con @ Home. The virtual event was held July 23-25 and featured various panels dealing with nerdom in TV, film, and beyond. Elsewhere we dissect the latest episode of #DavidMakesMan and ponder on a potential new series - The First Watch.

This week's episode highlights the acting and comedic giant, Robin Williams, as we acknowledge what would have been the late thespian's 70th birthday. We'll reminisce on our favorite roles, films, and the legacy of everyone's favorite funny man. Elsewhere we recap this week's #DavidMakesMan, praise the Netflix film trilogy Fear Street, and question the horror that occurred in the first two episodes of Ryan Murphy's #AmericanHorrorStories. The Emmys are coming, The Emmys are coming. This week Brandon and Lorin recap the 2021 Emmy nominations. The 73rd annual ceremony is set to air live on Sunday, Sept. 19 at 8 p.m. on CBS. In addition to our Feature Presentation, we touch on the latest in N.O.T. including the season one finale of HBO Max's high school drama, gener+ion. RIP Charles Robinson.

As we enter a new month, Brandon and Lorin recap the last three months of content with the new Report Card. This will be followed by their most-anticipated titles for July, August, and September. They'll also dig through a plethora of headlines and recap the latest episodes of David Makes Man, genera+ion, and Evil.

After three seasons, FX's groundbreaking period drama, Pose, came to a triumphant close. Brandon and Lorin recap the episode, discuss the season and reminisce on the series as a whole. HBO's somber whodunit limited series, #MareofEasttown, came to a close Sunday evening. Along with a satisfying twist, the Kate Winslet-led series went out with a record-breaking bang becoming HBO Max's most-watched episode of television yet. We also discuss the latest episode of #Pose and a variety of good news for theaters in Headlines. 

This week's episode recaps last week's TV Upfronts. Each network vyes for advertisers dollars in presenting their content schedules for the fall. We'll decide which shows will be worth our time and what this year's presentations meant for the future of television.
