Hotel chain Premier Inn has designed a plate with a built-in bean barrier. They have incorporated a ceramic relief of the company’s snoozy moon logo into a plate so that the crescent can keep the baked beans at bay, separate from the eggs and bacon. But what makes a good hotel breakfast?
