The Dream Journal

It’s Always Been Me with Megan Walrod

Listen Later

Can dreams help you write your first book? They did for our guest, women’s empowerment coach, Megan Walrod. Learn about how dreams help us make those big decisions in life and how they pave the way for our creativity. We talk about how Megan works with her dreams and how they have been guiding her throughout her life including providing the idea for her debut novel, “It’s Always Been Me.”

After the break, we introduce Bridget Lyons, an author in her own right, and the developmental editor who worked with both Megan and me. You can find her at BridgetALyons.com. We talk about the writing process and the benefit of writing groups and about the class where we all met hosted by Andy Couturier at TheOpening.org.

BIO: Megan Walrod is a writer and women’s empowerment coach. Over the past 16 years, she’s supported women to break free from their “good girl” training to create fun, fulfilling lives.
