The All-Star break came at the correct time for the Phillies as they continue to wobble through the dog days of July. Aaron Nola has regained his Ace like form over the past month and is going to need to continue this into the second half. Jake Arrieta has a bone spur in his elbow but this does not hold Miho back from going on an all-time rant. Something needs to be done to improve this ballclub before the trade deadline or it is going to be another October without baseball in Philadelphia...

The Sixers have revamped their roster yet again at the start of Free Agency. Jimmy Butler decided to join the Miami Heat but Josh Richardson is a great player to get in return. Tobias Harris resigns for almost the MAX and Al Horford is added for around 100 million to bring a veteran presence. Is the starting 5 of Simmons, Richardson, Harris, Horford and Embiid better than last years starting 5? Who else would you like to see the Sixers sign??
