It's Always Something

2019 continues to be the year of the "First Time Winners" on the PGA Tour. With 3 more being added over the past 3 weekends we are now up to 11 First Time Champions this summer! Matthew Wolff is only a month out of college and has already won his first PGA event, it was a remarkable Sunday of golf! Who is your favorite to win the British Open?

The All-Star break came at the correct time for the Phillies as they continue to wobble through the dog days of July. Aaron Nola has regained his Ace like form over the past month and is going to need to continue this into the second half. Jake Arrieta has a bone spur in his elbow but this does not hold Miho back from going on an all-time rant. Something needs to be done to improve this ballclub before the trade deadline or it is going to be another October without baseball in Philadelphia...

In this series, Miho and Pags will pretty much be discussing whatever they want! This is the music, movie, entertainment, BS segment! In this episode, the guys discuss how to properly board an airplane, Japan is practicing for when the Lions escape, and wasps are creating supersized nests in Alabama. Pags was able to watch Bohemiem Rapsody, Vice, and The Green Book during his recent travels, so he gives us his review on all three!

We have a hotline caller Danielle on this episode who asks the guys about date night! What are your favorite games to play on couples night??

In this series, Miho and Pags discuss the top TV Series that are on ANY streaming service. In this episode, there is a TON to dive into. Miho breaks down the documentary on Bob Lazar and how he worked in Area 51 to reverse engineer alien technology. It is WILD what has been proven true in the last 30 years. If you want to laugh please watch Mr Iglesias, Nailed it, or "Awake" the million dollar game show! Pags then breaks down season 3 of the handmaid's tale and it is an intense flick. He also discusses Chernobyl and what Russia did back in the day...we wrap the episode with our Bachelorette talk and we are getting down to the wire! Who is Hannah going to choose? Let us know in the comments!!

The Flyers have been busy at the start of Free Agency. They trade for 2 veteran defensemen, and sign Kevin Hayes to a 7 year $50 million deal! Is this too much money for Kevin Hayes? The Flyers bring back Brian Elliot to back up Carter Hart as well as FINALLY buyout MacDonald. It is going to be a new look Flyers team next year, does this mean they are better? Give us your thoughts on the hotline!!

The Phillies are happier than anyone that the calendar has changed from June to July as they went from 1st place in the division to currently being 5.5 back of the Braves. The starting pitching has been the achilles heel for this team this year and the bullpen has been an issue as well. What moves can the Phillies make to improve this team for the second half??

The Sixers have revamped their roster yet again at the start of Free Agency. Jimmy Butler decided to join the Miami Heat but Josh Richardson is a great player to get in return. Tobias Harris resigns for almost the MAX and Al Horford is added for around 100 million to bring a veteran presence. Is the starting 5 of Simmons, Richardson, Harris, Horford and Embiid better than last years starting 5? Who else would you like to see the Sixers sign??

We hear from Malcolm and Quill, two fans who call the hotline to leave their takes of Free Agency so far. We appreciate it and thank you for the calls!!

The Toronto Raptors are 2019 NBA Champions! They took advantage of an injured Warriors team to win the title. These injuries are now going to carry over into FA with Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant being the biggest question marks. Anthony Davis was finally traded to the Lakers as now they look to add a piece in FA to make a big three. Where does everyone end up? We will find out next week!!

The Sixers have received mixed reviews for their draft night performance. Elton Brand comes away with only one impact player. Matisse Thybulle out of Washington. He was the NCAA Defensive Player of the Year but depending on who you ask, really struggles on the offensive side of the ball. What do you think of the Sixers Draft? Who do you they need to target in Free Agency??
