Jacquie is a 21 year old college student born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. She is passionate about nutrition, training, outdoor climbing, environmentalism, veganism, and media!
In this episode, we have a conversation about all things related eating disorder recovery. As a recreational athlete, Jacquie shares her experiences navigating weight gain in recovery while training, how to learn to trust our bodies, and many more lessons she has learned in recovery.
Jacquie is also an oatmeal ARTIST, sharing her most beautiful breakfast creations on her oatmeal instagram and showing us that oats don’t have to be boring. She speaks about how her page contributed to her recovery and helped her tackle fear foods along her journey!
