Leanne Morgan is one of my favorite comedians and she’s back on the show this week. She’s bringing the funny and she’s bringing a message - that it's never too late for your dream to come true! Since her last time on the show Leanne's been on the Forbes’ 50 Over 50 list, she released a Netflix special, and she’s starring alongside Reese Witherspoon and Will Ferrell in a new movie.

Leanne shares how she stuck with her comedy career even when it was incredibly hard, how hiring a social media team she couldn’t afford skyrocketed her fame, and she even tells me her hilarious backup plan.
