Visa scammers aren’t just taking advantage of the H-1B program — they’re also using the H-4 loophole to scam the system. A former Los Angeles Unified School District employee and a tech company owner with a history of H-1B sponsorships were accused of carrying out a $22 million money laundering scheme in Los Angeles. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) can’t find the time to vote for the SAVE America Act but has plenty of time to skip town for a trip to Disney World. Kristi Noem’s husband got exposed for allegedly being a cross-dresser. The Supreme Court sides with a Christian counselor in an 8-1 decision and rejects Colorado’s ban on conversion therapy. Former Texas Rep. Jeb Hensarling (R) joins the show to discuss the Department of Labor’s new proposal that would remove restrictions on alternative 401(k) investments.
