Manny talked with us about his journey from playing in a pop punk band in Monterry, Mexico to becoming a James Beard semifinalist and a contestant on season 21 on Top Chef. Manny was a great guest who generously shared his time with us even with a 4 week old newborn in the house! POP PUNKS NOT DEAD!
