The 18th episode of What in the Shibal includes Ed helping make an independent slasher movie Pancake Man, Hereditary, pizza party etiquette, food shaming,  patterns of behavior, professionalism, unprofessional CEOs asking for free sponsorship work, customer service professional standards of different cultures, Ukrainian groceries, ajummas at Korean groceries, "you have to buy something to be a customer", being brutally honest, telling your girlfriend "that doesn't look grrrreeeatttt", Susie hating her ex-husband's long hair, why Ed was not allowed to watch the shop and gallery, "you don't look like an 'Ed'", Susie's dad interrupts the podcast, should customers be held to a level of professionalism?, displaced emotions, standards of professionalism based in whiteness, is lack of self control the root of wrongdoings?, oh and sky-b00bs.
