This episode is a freestyle visualization of a night of intimacy and sexual embrace. The intention of this recoding is to express a concept called “growth through intimacy”, how a man can practice deepening his consciousness & how a woman can practice opening spiritually during intimacy. In certain spiritual teachings, love is defined as opening and becoming one with and un-love is closing and becoming separate from. In intimacy, the masculine partner can practice being so consciously present in the moment that it is as if nothing else exists, nothing in the past nor the present, and nothing outside the space and moment in time that he and his woman are occupying. At play with him, the feminine partner can practice surrendering, which means to yield to his direction and command during sexual embrace so much that she completely lets go of control, that her mind and body have completely yielded to the moment to moment command of her partner, and her heart is so open and her emotions flow so freely, in whatever form of expression happens to occur, that there is nothing left of herself to give in each moment. So each partner is working toward the same achievement, which is to reach a place of nothingness, where they dissolve into the moment and the concepts of mind, body, and emotion no longer exist and all that is left is what exists behind those things. That thing is said to be who you really are. Also in this video, I express the the process of giving a woman the three types of orgasms that she can have, which are 1) clitoral orgasm, 2) G-spot orgasm, and 3) cervical orgasm. We can break our addictions to drugs, toxic relationships, negative thinking, laziness, and time-wasting. We can move forward into 2021 and change the way we look at ourselves in the mirror, the way we think about the future, the way we talk and walk, we can change up our swag and fashion, and we can totally upgrade or re-invent ourselves to be who we really want to be. Perhaps, the main reason we drag our problems from one year into the next year is because we are afraid to let go of we have in exchange for something new; we are afraid to let go of what's familiar to us for something different. Sometimes, you have to let go so you can grow.

As an individual, it’s important focus on what you want, not on what you don’t want. When you feel fear regarding the pandemic virus, economy, and political status. It’s important to realize that you are simultaneously feeling inward-directed fears for your own health and well-being, financial security, and social freedom. We cannot control what happens with our community at large (although we can play our part in contributing to it), but we can control what we do in our daily life to move in the direction that we want to go. Merry Christmas to all you wonderful folks out there...Merry Christmas to you, your friends, family, and loved ones! This episode is a 3 min flow of organic bustdown, very healthy, AFFIRMATIONS OF GRATITUDE. I practice the mirror-technique whenever possible when doing my daily affirmations practice. You can exercise the mirror technique by following these steps: turn on some uplifting music, and turn it up loud! Stand in front of the mirror, look at yourself in the eyes, focus on your pupils, and look deeply into your eyes. You want to look so deeply into your eyes that you have the feeling of connecting with your heart and soul. Start your timer for 3 minutes. And allow powerful affirmations to flow from your lips. Tell yourself what you need to hear most, and allow yourself to receive the words of affirmation deeply in your heart and soul. It may feel uncomfortable at first. This is normal. We have to become accustomed to receiving powerful and positive words from ourself to ourself. In our early life, we may have internalized the criticism that we received from others such as our parents, siblings, teachers, and friends, and we may have adopted their criticism and continued it as our self-talk. So this exercise is wonderful, because you are creating a safe space for yourself to give yourself positive energy, positive thoughts, words of encouragement, and empowering affirmations. I recommend that you try this for 3 rounds. So turn on some uplifting music, set your timer for 3 minutes, and flow. Repeat that for a total of 3 rounds. In 2021, ladies and gentlemen, we’re going to create a clear picture of who we want to be and manifest that into our reality! We can totally upgrade and reinvent ourselves if we decide. In 2021, we don’t have to be who we were in 2020. We can upgrade or reinvent everything from where we live, what we drive, who we maintain relationships with, how we look and feel, to what we do for work. In our hearts we already know what we want and who want to be. Our hearts and gut tells us who we really are. In our early life, most of us grew up in an environment of poverty or mediocrity. We watched those who raised us complacently accept their lifestyle. The reason for this is that becoming successful is a marathon. It takes persistence and patience to reach the finish line. And just like when running a real marathon, we (99% of everyone) will get extremely tired and fatigued during the race. We may even become so drained that we literally feel we have nothing left to give. We can look around and see that the majority of us give up before finishing the race. We grow up in this environment of complacency, so by default we internalize the mindset of being complacent with failure and mediocrity. We are taught to be realistic with our dreams and standards and we internalize that as well. But the truth is, certain people in the world make it across that finish line every day, every year. So for these remaining weeks in 2020, we’re going to spend time coming up with a real fly visualization of who we want to be in 2021. We need to come up with a visualization that is compelling and exciting, something that will wake up our spirit and force us to raise our standards and step up our game. The science of the visualization that we get into in this episode is really, really deep. We discuss 5 COMMON REASONS WE LIMIT OURSELVES IN LIFE: 1. fear of criticism from those closest to us, 2. In this episode, we get into a deep conversation about why some of us are able to manifest our goals and dreams while some of us are not. Since our early childhood, we’ve had dreams of living a life of adventure, excitement, splendor, grandiosity, success, and happiness. We have deep desires to one day live our dream life. Every now and then we hear about or see a few men or women actually living a life similar to what we have dreamed about, and sometimes we hear about the success story of someone who comes from a situation similar to what we are in and we can relate. Their success story of overcoming their situation resonates with us. So we learn about what they did to overcome those obstacles and think, “well it worked for them, so it should for me.’ We attempt to apply what they did to become successful in our life to move toward our goals and dreams, but the knowledge and game we tried to apply doesn’t work for us. We wonder, “well I did what they did, I did what I read in the book, I took the advice I was given, but it isn’t working for me.” The reason the knowledge, advice, and game we receive do not work for us is that we must internalize the game. In life, when we’re receiving knowledge of self-empowerment we have to internalize the knowledge. It’s one thing to listen and learn but it’s another thing to internalize something. When we internalize knowledge, it becomes a part of us. It becomes a part of our essence and becomes ingrained in us totally: our thoughts, speech, actions, and faith. Furthermore, many of us grew up in a total environment of poverty, mediocrity, and averageness. We watched many adults around us settle year after year into a state of mediocrity and complacency. We listened to their complaints about money, how they were just trying to make it, and many of them told us as children to be realistic with our ambitions and dreams. So unfortunately, many of us learned to internalize failure and mediocrity at an early age in life. So we have to use this visualization practice to infuse our minds with abundance, prosperity, success and happiness, and to do that we’re going to have to learn to get our Walt Disney on and allow our imagination the space and freedom to bring back our aspirations and dreams. We get deep into all of this in this episode ladies and gentlemen.
