Dr. Nathan is the first author of a recent NASPGHAN position paper on the role of surgical management in chronic pancreatitis. Dr. Nathan is the Chief of Pediatric Abdominal Transplant and Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and one of the world’s leading surgeons for total pancreatectomy with islet autotransplantation (TPIAT).
