This week we are speaking with James Frederick from the YouTube sailing channel SV Triteia

James who is commonly known as James the Sailor Man, is an author and artist from California. He has travelled the world studying different culture and interpretations of art and has learned sailing along the way. He is now a  commercial skipper and the owner of a 1965 Alberg 30.

James has completely refit his classic sail boat and has documented the whole refit on YouTube, as well as his solo sailing expeditions which most recently include a solo sail from California to Hawaii.

Cruising the world and writing his second book is how James spends his spare time aboard.
