Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them – that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like. - Lao Tzu
James & Jess are in the flow. Accountability & self satisfaction.
This is what happened to me, i'm hurt but.... what about the other side of the coin?
This weeks episode can be a tough one to discuss, but at the same time, the easiest.
It's your interpretation.
There are situations in life that change our perspective.
They define who we are & the path that's in front of us.
The key is to not pass the blame to on other people & stop making excuses.
It may be the easy way to deal, but in the long run not beneficial.
Take accountability for your actions, past & present.
Own them & move forward.
We are all in this together.
You will find yourself on a path of self satisfaction & self respect.
That gradual process is what life is all about.
Stop having that cup of yours "half full".
You are better than that.
