I met Katie through Starseed Business Networking (a free online networking for everyone in the holistic space), she was actually the featured guest speaker the month we met, I was instantly taken with her story and what she was doing in the world, how she was empowering women in such a creative way. So I reached out to her to ask if she'd like to be a guest on my podcast and she said yes! I met Marijana at a free networking event which I found on Eventbrite. Going sugar-free is something which I have been interested in, but also sceptical of how, so I was excited and intrigued for this conversation as Marijana promises that "life without sugar is more sweet" - fundamentally life without sugar doesn't mean life without sweetness, eating bland food, quite the opposite in fact. The conversation was so informative with so much tangible advice, I hope you guys enjoy it and find it helpful too. Re-listening to edit the episode made me think about everything she was saying again, and there is stuff we can, and should,  all do regardless of budget, like follow the "grandma rule"...

This was a fascinating conversation with Laura about her business and offerings as a holistic therapist. All the different modalities she covers and how she found this calling in her life. If this is something which you know little about currently (like me) and don't know where to start but find it interesting, this podcast episode is for you. I have made a point throughout of asking all the layman's questions and Laura does an excellent job of explaining everything in simple and understandable terms.

Loved talking to Helen, having followed her and her lovely YouTube videos for quite some time on YouTube, I'm so glad that I reached out to her to invite her onto my podcast.

Helen started her YouTube channel, Well with Hels, back in 2016 after falling in love with yoga as her reason to leave her marketing job on time.
