January Jones sharing Success Stories

January Jones with Mary Wilson of  The Supremes

January Jones welcomes Tom Ingrassia and Jared Chrudimsky co-author’s of When One Door Closes: Overcoming Adversity By Following Your Dreams sharing their guest Mary Wilson of The Supremes.

January Jones-Loss of A Child-Donna Mebane

Donna Mebane grew up wanting to be two things: a mother and a writer. She first became a mom and then a writer after the death of her youngest child, Emma.

While Donna has had numerous writing experiences over the years, she became a published author after she wrote Tomorrow Comes as a way of envisioning a future for her 19-year-old daughter who went to sleep one night and never woke up.

She calls Tomorrow Comes a work of “reality fiction” because it captures the reality of grief that family and friends endured after Emma died at the same time that it creates an enchanting fictional world of AFTER.

Scott Smith discusses Pat Boone from his article at Business Daily Investors

Pat Boone is finding it hard to slow down at 81 — after six decades in showbiz. He capped his career sales of 45 million albums with the announcement that last year's "Legacy" would be his final album with original songs.

But the Christian entertainer finds temptation everywhere, like being able to release audio outtakes from the TV show that made him a household name in his early 20s.

The new "Duets" features pairings with long-ago guests such as Ella Fitzgerald, Andy Williams and Nat King Cole.

As if that weren't enough, Boone:

• Just finished parts in two films.

• Has had a weekly contemporary gospel music radio program for 30 years.

• Is considering dozens of requests to perform.

• Is in discussions about hosting a TV variety series.
