Jaylen also shares what he learned about coaching from his father, Tino, a men's assistant coach for Mike Wilton at Hawaii and a women's head coach at Hawaii-Hilo. Jaylen was a libero at BYU and was an assistant to Cougars' head coach Shawn Olmsted before coming to Nebraska.
