Today on the show Jayson is talking with Mark Drager, president of Phanta Media Limited, a growth agency helping entrepreneurs build and maintain a successful business. Mark talks about how he overcomes all of his fears and negative thoughts with his system. Mark talks about how he saw who he wanted to be in the next 10 years and worked everyday to get there.

Today on the show Jayson is talking with John LeBlanc about coaching and how effective it can be if you treat it correctly. It can be difficult and uncomfortable to be told how to improve, especially if you've been set in your ways for a long time, but Jayson is trying and growing from his CEO coach, learning what he does well and what he needs to improve on.
Jayson and John talk about how a coach can be a teacher, a motivator, and a cheerleader all in one. Finding the right coach for you is important as well, it's ok to disagree with some of the teachings of your coach, but if you fundamentally disagree with almost everything they are saying, it might be time to look for a new one.
Coaching is vital to achieving your goals in both business and personally, challenge yourself by finding the right coach for you!

Today on the show Jayson is talking with Matthew Pollard, author of The Introvert's Edge to Networking: Work the Room. Leverage Social Media. Develop Powerful Connections, CEO of Rapid Growth, LLC, dedicated to maximizing ROI for businesses of all sizes. Matthew is talking about how to work on your sales tactics if you are an introvert by nature, and how to implement systems to cater to your strengths and your weaknesses!
When making sales for your business, you need the customer to buy into more than just the product, you need them to believe in the story you are selling. Matthew goes over the four elements of a good story and how to utilize that in your sales pitch. He tells us the story of when he first got into sales, he went door to door, and got 92 no's after he got his first yes. That number kept shrinking every time he would go back out, because he was testing and experimenting with different techniques.

Today on the show Jayson discusses why reinforcing self-confidence is so important in every aspect of your life. Overconfidence doesn't exist, if you believe in yourself and you know you will succeed, that's not arrogance, that's how successful people think.
Everybody has a gift that they can use, you just have to find that gift and believe in it. If you need to fake confidence until you can look yourself in the mirror and invest in yourself, that's what you need to do! You can't expect life to get better and be easy, you need to work for the changes that you want to make and become a better person.
