Jared Porter meets a woman once and proceeds to text her numerous times and sends a pic of his penis to her which leads him to now be the ex-GM of the Mets.  This happened while he was with the Cubs who had no knowledge of this.  When social media goes wrong.  You can't make this stuff up.
James Harden says maturity helps with his chemistry with KD.  That same maturity helped get him out of Houston.  And can we stop anointing the Nets as a superteam after two games and still haven't seen off the grid zoom man Kyrie Irving who has missed the last seven games.
Drew Brees had a spectacular career but I would have liked to see more of Jameis Winston vs the Bucs.  Congrats to TB12 for making his 14th conference championship game.  The GOAT.

Maybe Tim Tebow will join Urban Meyer in Jacksonville this year.
We both agree that the Nets gave up way too much to get James Harden.   Florida Sports Man said that the Rockets are all about dumping salary and acquiring draft picks.   The picks don't matter if you don't draft good players.  
DJ got a six year deal with the Yanks below his market value but he did get the security of a long term deal.   He is turning 33 in July and will be 38 at the end of the contract.  At $15M a year it's a bargain for the Yankees.

Bears retain Matt Nagy.   Bring back Ditka.
Read from Matt Miller who covers the NFL that Eric Bieniemy might not get a head coaching job because of the Andy Reid coaching tree and that the Chiefs could go on another Superbowl run.   Doug Pederson and John Harbaugh won titles, Ron Rivera went to one and Sean McDermott will take the Bills to one in the near future.  I call horse manure on that reasoning.  He deserves a shot.  Adam Gase and Pat Shurmur got TWO shots.  
So the Nets are considering trading all their first round draft picks for James Harden.  Destroy your future Brooklyn for a title run.  It's working out well currently with Kyrie off the grid and possibly missing another six games minimum.   Don't like this at all.

Congrats to Alabama and Nick Saban winning his record 7th National Title.  They have the best ranked recruiting class in 2021 coming for next season.   And the Dump got blown out.
How cool would it be to coach against your dad?  Army Women's basketball coach Dave Magarity coached against his daughter Maureen Magarity the head coach of Holy Cross Women's basketball team over the weekend.    Maureen swept her Dad over the weekend.  
Fernando Tatis Jr. don't sign a long term deal.  Bet on yourself and get a bigger contract in your prime.  You'll have a LOT more leverage.

Florida Sports Man says Kyle Pitts should be a top five pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. I don't disagree.  Dolphins maybe at #3?  
He also isn't happy that the Mets got Francisco Lindor and didn't go after him.   We both want the Yanks not to play with DJ LeMahieu and sign him already.
