Emmanuel Duron from Edinburg HS in Texas was ejected from a State playoff game last night that Edinburg ended up winning 35-21.  He then ran onto the field and knocked over the ref.  I've gotten pissed off at refs but you can't touch the officials.   Edinburg got kicked out of the state playoffs too. 
Carmelo said he'll have to learn how to come off the bench for the Blazers.  It's either that or nothing.  
Kyrie released a statement instead of talking of the press.  The key for him is to stay on the court this season.  Nets are going to be under the microscope for Kyrie and KD this season.  Get ready.  Could be a bumpy ride.

Kirk Herbstreit saying that Michigan was using Covid-19 as a way to duck Ohio State next week.  Michigan just cancelled their game vs Maryland on Saturday and next week isn't looking good for THE Ohio State.  To think that a college program would use the pandemic as an excuse not to play a game is delusional and repulsive.  Herbstreit then apologized and blamed it on the ups and downs of the pandemic.  He is the face of ESPN's College Football empire.  Never was a fan of his and this statement was pathetic.  
UNC playing Texas today in the Maui classic in Asheville, NC.  Bill Walton made me turn off the sound.  He just called Dale Davis an NBA legend.  News to me.

Wednesday afternoon football Ravens @ Pittsburgh.  Never thought it would happen but Roger Goodell saId health and safety of players is the top priority.  I thought it was MONEY.  My bad.

DK Metcalf was told by Eagles DC that he wasn't Megatron level yet  So he went out and had 10 catches for 177 yards in 23-17 win.  3 games vs Eagles-20 catches for 372 yards.  
So Wednesday football between Ravens and Steelers at 3:40pm on NBC because can't switch the Christmas tree lighting.  It's 2020.  Up is down.  Down is up.
Daniel Jones could be out 3 weeks and the NFC East leaders have a game at Seattle this weekend and then home for the Cards and Browns.  After that is the Ravens.   Rough stretch.
College Gameday going to Conway, SC for the 9-0 Coastal Carolina clash with 9-1 Liberty.  About time they shaking things up.

Sarah Fuller is suiting up for the Vandy football team tomorrow and could be the first woman to play in a P5 conference game.  
UNC played ND tough but in the end the better team won.  I can say that.  You all saw it.  Sam Howell will use this game as motivation going forward.
So Gonzaga Men's Bball played a game today and had a player test positive with Covid-19.  How did Mark Few let that happen?  How did college basketball?  Are the games that important?  Seriously?

College basketball is back today and the UNC Men and Women both open their seasons today.  It's going to be a bumpy ride over the next few months.

Only took them 50 years but the NFL had their first all black officiating crew.  It's about time and we as a country have a LONG way to go.  
Tom Brady was under a lot of pressure last night and the Rams should have put them away.  TB12 had a shot to win it at the end.  He may be 43 but he already has 28 TD's this year.  Had 27 all of last season with the Pats.  TB is 7-4 and hosts KC this weekend.  I'd say this season has been a sucess.
Joe Burrow get well soon.  They are saying 9-12 months for his recovery.  I'm rooting for him.
CBB is having a Covid-19 problem too.  The men and women.  Tomorrow is opening day.  Going to be an interesting season.

Hey Donald it's not disappearing!  12 CFB games cancelled or postponed this week and it's only Wednesday.  Navy hasn't played since Halloween.  It's game @USF is cancelled this week and their next game is @Army on December 12th.
Pretty cool that an Israeli basketball player is going to be a lottery pick in tonight's virtual NBA draft.  I'm rooting for Deni Avdija. 
Love Big Ben saying going undefeated isn't important winning the Superbowl is what matters.  Amen.  The ring is the thing.  Individual awards are just that.  Football is a team sport.
