Great Bleacher Report article by Gerald Narciso about players who only got into one game in the NBA.  One of them, Renaldo Major ended up becoming the all-time leading scorer in the G league and now recently retired wants to start a youth center in Bakersfield, CA to pass on his knowledge.
The NBA players stand to lose $1.3B if there is no basketball this year and will have financial consequences for years to come.
Bill Russell could have competed in the 1956 Olympics in the high jump if he had been allowed to compete in two sports.

Giants need a new kicker.  Aldrick Rosas going over 100MPH in a hit and run.  
Oklahoma State football coach Mike Gundy doesn't seem to have the pulse of his players during these times wearing an "OAN" t-shirt.  I'm glad Chuba Hubbard started a dialogue with Gundy.  Changes are needed.

So the Yanks did sign stealing too in 2017.   Baseball survived the steroid era they will survive this if they ever play again.
So Ezekiel Elliott tested positive for Covid-19 and other unnamed Cowboys and Texans tested positive too.  We all want sports but not sure rushing back is a good idea right now in the U.S.
On that point athletes can choose to come back and play if they want.  An athlete's career is such a short window.  And to lose one season is a lot when you think most sports a career lasts between 3 to 5 years.  I don't know what to say since cases are spiking in some areas now.

Anytime Fitness in Wisconsin had a trainer post a "I can't breathe" workout.  Have we not learned anything from the George Floyd murder?
Mets drafted Peter Crow-Armstrong whose mom Ashley Crow played the mother of the lead character in "Little Big League."  I freaking loved that movie.

It seems like every day the owners and players association of MLB has a new plan for the 2020 season with no resolution in sight.  
Reggie Bush could be back in good standing with USC.  OJ Mayo too.  Looking to get back to the glory days.  Have a long road ahead.  
Colin Kaepernick says he's in great shape and wants to play in the NFL again.  Three years banishment.  He deserves a shot.  Blaine Gabbert isn't better then him.

Cormier vs Miocic the trilogy on August 15th.  And it will be Cormier's last fight.
Greg Glassman Floyd-19 huh?  And there is the end of CrossFit for you.  A lot of people post racist, ignorant tweets and then apologize afterwards and expect to be forgiven.  Glad to see people see thru them. 
Props to DeAndre Hopkins and Deshaun Watson to want the Calhoun honors college at Clemson University have it's name changed.  Slave owners don't deserve to be on any buildings.  Let alone universities.

MLB to have or have not a season?
I'm trying but watching sports with no fans just looks like a practice session to me.
Roger Goodell an apology is nice but you have a long way to go to make the NFL into a diverse and racially equal working environment.

So Max Kellerman NHL isn't one of the four major sports?  Linda Cohn glad that pissed you off.  Nothing beats playoff hockey. 
Jake Fromm another QB who had to apologize to his Bill teammates for a racist tweet from last year.  Would he be apologizing if he hadn't been caught?  And would an African American player been given a second chance for the same infraction?  
Yankees dynasty included a shortstop from Panama who switched to pitching and became a HOF, Mariano Rivera.  He was signed for $2,000.

NBA back on July 31st.  22 teams with a chance to win the title.  
Drew Brees and Vic Fangio both spoke during a very volatile time and then apologized for their remarks.  The first steps are realizing your mistakes and learning from them.  
I think all the leagues coming back can experiment with mic'ing up the players and giving us an inside look at the games.  Time to think outside the box during these crazy times.
