131 Poetic Philosophy by Robert G Parent There are only two forces within this universe, the light and the love, but what about evil or darkness. Both light and love exist in degrees.  Evil or badness are a part of the love energy  but on a lower degree.  We all know love can turn to hate,  and hate can be redeemed into a higher vibration of love.  We live in a universe of the pair of opposites. Ponder on this idea as you go about your day.  Thank you for listening. 126 Poetic Philosophy - Storms by Robert G Parent The three poems in today's podcast are "The Road Continues," "Storms Wake," and "Maps of Meaning." The first two poems I wrote with AI assistance and some editing. AI is great tool to get and experiment with ideas when you're stuck in your writing. It's like being in your own writers group. "Maps of Meaning" is a poem that I wrote a while ago. We travel the storms that life gives us because of boredom. If we didn't have storms and this current life, where would we be, in Heaven playing the harp. I hope you enjoy this show and remember to always stay creative in the magic of life. The poems in this podcast are inspired by this chapter and verse in Matthew 5. We tend to ignore the shadow side and only focus on the positive and the good,  but that shadow side is a part of us too. The story of Cain and Able say as much. As "The Light of Death" shows us that rebirth is always happening.  Every day in this world gives us a chance to change, to see things different, to be reborn.  The poem "The Wayward Ones" gives us a chance to look at our shadow side, the side of us we hide, and learn from it because it's from our greatest failings, that we make the greatest success. Also  this poem and Matthew 5 tell us to love our adversaries because they are a part of us, a part of the one God. After all, what is forgiveness. Finally, "Dance of Creation" shows us that when we heal and acknowledge our shadow side, we will create great things.  If we didn't have the night,  what would the day mean, God created the day and the night, right. By creating light, you also have the shadow.

This Feburary snowstorms remind me much of the thunderstorms of summer, both invite us to pause and reflect on our life's journey.
