A foursome I will never forget. During construction you become entangled with ALL kinds of people. These people are in and out of your most intimate of spaces for what seems like a long time—under typically stressful conditions. This particular group of people made the experience as painless as possible.
Listen as three of the Spectrum Design Group's six employees talk about the fails and wins during their first years in business, learning how to manage the flow of a project and overall portfolio, managing so many personalities and dynamics under one roof, the design trend to avoid, building a strong team, knowing when to bring on extra help and saying "yes" to small tasks that can lead to big payoffs. This is not a sponsored post, in fact, I paid them. They are just that good. They took a space that was a recurring shitstorm on the podcast and made it a beloved part of our home.
I am adding video podcasting to my repertoire of mediums. During this transition, I have banked a batch of episodes in the new studio. The infrastructure and powers that be aren't quite ready. If you want to listen to the audio version as normal, NOTHING will change for you. However, if you want to WATCH the full-length podcast, that option will now be available. In the meantime, stay with me and listen to these still relevant recordings of the HyperLocal(s) Podcast.
Thank you so much for listening! However your podcast host of choice allows, please positively: rate, review, comment and give all the stars! Don’t forget to follow, subscribe, share and ring that notification bell so you know when the next episode drops!
