On this episode Josh joins me and we talk about Alex Honnold. Alex is a rock climber, but not just any rock climber. He broke into the mainstream in 2017 when he climbed free solo the 3000' granite wall known as El Cap in Yosemiti National Park, California.

What is free soloing you may ask? That is rock climbing with no ropes, just climbing shoes, bare hands and a bag of chalk dust to keep your sweaty fingers dry.

The Documentary named "Free Solo" is something everyone should see. Even though we know the outcome it can leave you hiding your eyes behind the couch blanket.
