Jesus is Real Radio with Daniel Fusco

The work of the Kingdom of God is just that – work! Jesus doesn't intend for us to do nothing with the grace we've been gifted. He tells us to share this good news, to go everywhere and share it with everyone! In today's message, Pastor Daniel urges us to get involved in advancing the Kingdom, and to not be afraid of a little work! It won't be easy, that's promised in Scripture. But it will definitely be worth it in the end!

Jesus has given us many commandments in the Bible. He's demonstrated His love for the world, shared truth from His own Scripture, and practically lived out the grace He gives freely to anyone who asks. Pastor Daniel tells us today that now that we know these things, we need to go and do likewise! As devoted followers of Jesus, we too are to give grace to others, love them for who they are, and speak life-changing truth into their lives!

Pastor Daniel's message today is one of challenging encouragement. In it he asks us to take a look at how we're sharing the message of the Gospel, and how we're reflecting the whole of Jesus to the world. If we're only taking one aspect of His life, we're not representing Him well. We need to speak His truth to everyone, but in a way that shows His love as well. We also need to not let our attempts to love diminish the truth!

Today's message explores the teaching found in the small book of 2 John, revealing our Saviors heart for loving people in truth. So many today take sides when it comes to the details of Jesus message. One side seems to tell the truth, not allowing love and gentleness to speak for them. The other simply loves everyone, letting truth fall by the wayside. Pastor Daniel will share how important it is to make sure both are emphasized at the same time!

When we grumble and complain about the problems we face in this world, we're definitely not keeping our focus on our Savior! Pastor Daniel will encourage us today not to let the complaints of others be our go to response! When we're being a witness for Jesus, we need to also trust that He's in control. He's bigger than any trial we face, and any problem in the world. He will conquer in the end, when He knows it's best, and our grumbling won't change that!

Sadly, there are still false teachers among us today, possibly even within our own churches. Pastor Daniel warns us in his message that we need to not only look out for them, but actively share the truth that they are failing to teach. These people can be found in places of power, in churches, and in ministries, and will seem to be doing some good. Their goal, though, is to gain something, not to give and better those in their care!

The past can teach us so much. Our own pasts are filled with lessons, moments of growth, and encounters with Jesus, and these can have a profound impact on our steps today! Pastor Daniel uses today's message to remind us of the benefits of learning not just from our own pasts, but from the pasts of others, especially those in the Bible. Their mistakes don't have to become ours, and their blessings still apply to us today!

We're all sinners who are deeply loved by a perfect and merciful Savior. When we accept this fact and take on the grace that Jesus offers us, free of charge, we become beloved children and followers of His. We're still sinful, given that we're still human! However, Pastor Daniel tells us today that we need to remember the love that is doing a work in our lives! We're becoming new, transforming daily into a greater likeness of Jesus Himself!

The world around us tells us that big is best. Our houses, our bank accounts, our place on the corporate ladder – all of these need to be bigger than the next person's. This view is radically different in God's eyes, however! Today Pastor Daniel will share how much more important it is to be small in the world, humble in our following of Jesus. As we submit to Jesus will for us in humility, He will elevate us to where He knows we need to be!

It's easy to complain. Things go wrong in our world and the trials and difficulty get to us, leaving us feeling helpless and even grumpy. Pastor Daniel suggests a different response for Christians today. Instead of complaining, members of God's church and His hands and feet on earth need to do something about it! We won't be able to solve the entire world's problems, but we can make a difference where we are, with God's help!
