Jesus is Real Radio with Daniel Fusco

In today's message, Pastor Daniel discusses ways in which God desires to be worshipped. If we truly desire to follow God, we'll do our best to learn how He wants to be worshipped. We'll learn by studying God's Word and spending time in His presence. If we're bringing something to God that He doesn't want, we won't be honoring Him for everything He's done in our lives! God's message to us through today's teaching is one of love and forgiveness. Though we may have sinned in the past, we don't have to live in it forever! God has given us the chance to start again, no matter how far we've fallen. Pastor Daniel will encourage us in this renewed life as he shares what the Bible has to say about sexual immorality and marriage. Pastor Daniel's teaching today contains mature content, and is intended for like audiences.

Today's message is for mature audiences. Pastor Daniel will be teaching some challenging topics related to God's view of marriage and extra-marital relationships. Some of these laws will leave us questioning the motivation, but Pastor Daniel's intent is to show us God's concern for people and to remind us to live differently from the world around us. By doing so, we'll be able to reveal to non-believers the goodness and grace of our Creator!

Our culture tends to favor self first. We want to do what's best for us, and that rarely leaves room to advance someone else. However, Pastor Daniel encourages us in today's message to adopt a different mindset. Instead of looking to how a situation can benefit us, we should step into the idea of serving others. This can be intimidating at first, but with Jesus help, we can share the love and grace of the Gospel through practical service!

Jesus didn't have to come down to earth. He didn't need to teach us truth and love, and He certainly didn't need to die for us! However, He did all of that and more! Jesus showed us what living a sacrificial life looks likes, and Pastor Daniel encourages us to follow His example today! If we can help someone, we shouldn't walk away. We can spread the good news of the Gospel through our service to others, with Jesus glory as our focus!

What we do and how we present ourselves to other people has a great impact on how others see Jesus. If we're speaking the words of our Savior and our lives aren't following suite, people will notice. How we live needs to be in line with God's Word, and Pastor Daniel encourages us to really incorporate this today! Everything we do has the chance to be noticed by someone, so every moment needs to be filled with Jesus love and grace!

It really doesn't matter who we are, or what we've done in the past – God desires that all of us be used to spread His good news to all the world. The Bible supports this numerous times! Pastor Daniel will teach today that though someone is undervalued in society, it doesn't mean God is undervaluing them! God makes provisions and plans for those who seemed unworthy, setting them up to do greater things in their community!

When we serve other people, we can sometimes have an attitude of selfish gain. In that situation, the act is good, but our hearts aren't. Instead, Pastor Daniel encourages us today to do any service for God. In that way, God is given the glory, and many can be blessed through it! Living with our hearts focused upward is the best way to learn to love others, allowing God to change our hearts and direct our hands and feet!

As we'll study in today's message, God dealt ruthlessly with the sin that laid within the borders of the Promised Land. Pastor Daniel shares that we're to deal ruthlessly with sin as well! In our own lives, we encounter sin even when we've been saved by Jesus. We need to take those occurrences seriously, though, and find the root of them. If we can cut away the cause of these sins with God's help, we'll find freedom in His love!

God's Word is available to us to study at any time, any where, and is filled with encouragement and challenges for our walk with our Creator. There are passages, however, that can be quite difficult to understand, and today's passage of Scripture falls into that category! Pastor Daniel will walk us through this section of Deuteronomy, encouraging us to seek what God has to tell us through it. God always has a message to share with us!
