Jesus is Real Radio with Daniel Fusco

There are many areas of life where we don’t necessarily have to pick a side…we can just float by with indifference to politics, or appearance, or any number of things. Some areas of our lives, however, require that a choice be made…and Jesus is one of them. Today, Pastor Daniel will speak about the line of demarcation around the tabernacle. There was no middle ground, and just like with Jesus…you’re either all in or all out.

The altar of offering, the laver for the priests to wash…every facet of the tabernacle had a purpose and a message. As Pastor Daniel has said many times during this study…everything points to Jesus. Today, he’ll take us through the beauty of the details, which highlight the necessity of relationship with the Father, to cleanse and renew us as we go through the process of growing and changing by His hand. He’ll show you who you really are.

Reflecting light results in so many different hues. As you look at the world around you, there are so many unique variations of color. Pastor Daniel uses this illustration today as he speaks about believers reflecting the light of Jesus. He is reflected in each of us, through us, in a beautiful hue. You’ll be challenged today to surrender to Him, because as He works through you, like a golden lampstand…His pure light will illuminate the world around you.

There are so many gods being worshiped throughout the world, we couldn’t possibly even be aware of them all. So, what makes the God of the Bible THE GOD? Why is He preferential? Today, Pastor Daniel will take us through a series of questions about ourselves and God…and at the end of it…we’ll see exactly why HE is the true and living God. And then comes the decision. Just like the people of Israel…He loves us even though we’re flawed. That’s who HE is.

There is a God, He wants to be a part of your life…and sometimes that may take a while. Before He can dwell richly with you, you have to step up to the plate. Today, Pastor Daniel will encourage us as he takes us through this part of Exodus where God’s people have undertaken the construction of the tabernacle. It wasn’t a quick job, but one that involved intricate work and a conscientious attitude…which we can also achieve.

If you’re a part of God’s body…you’re appointed by Him for SOMETHING. You may think you’re unworthy, unskilled, or not likeable…but none of that matters. Pastor Daniel reminds us in this message that we’re all created to participate in God’s ministry. You’ll be challenged today to think of yourself as appointed by God, complete with His gifting and filled with His Spirit.

There are so many ways that stuff can wreak havoc in our lives. You can have fear about not having enough, or anxiety that comes from worrying about the things you have. As Pastor Daniel speaks today about generosity, we’ll understand that we ALL have room to be better givers. God is radically generous, and His grace opens the door for us to do the same.

Can you worship God while being crabby at the same time? The two things don’t really go together, do they? As you’ll hear today, getting into the groove of worship goes beyond praising the Father…it deepens your faith and understanding of who God is. As Pastor Daniel explains today, worship can lead to a more effortless prayer life, where you’re seeking God, directly and eagerly.

Long-suffering is not a condition that anyone would hope for, but sometimes the Father asks us to be patient. God was willing to be patient with His people during long periods of rebellion…watching the people He loved ignore and reject Him. Not many of us are good at being longsuffering, but today Pastor Daniel will help us to understand how it’s possible.

Apart from Jesus, all the goodness we strive for is undone by our flesh. But, as Pastor Daniel teaches today, when we have relationship with Him, His grace makes goodness possible. We’ll hear how Moses meets with God to receive His commandments, and how they speak to His nature…every time we call them to mind we can rest in His character, His goodness, His grace.
