  • Smackdown Pre Game - July 2, 2021 (Pro Wrestling Show #10)
    10 - smackdown pre game
    30 year fan @Juicegiorgio is back to discuss:
    What difference does it make if you miss 5-6 of wrestling
    AEW:
    * Enjoying the hardy and Christian fields and factions
    * Jungle boy catching momentum
    * Enjoy the overall presentation
    * Brian Pillman Jr and Moro looking good - why was Russev Day squashed?.....
    * Chris Jericho on commentary and his wrestling acumen
    * Andrade El Idolo and Matt Something (I never even knew he could speak)
    * WWE holding talent back with micro management, over scripting, bad booking, bad creative
    * Jim Ross is great, but he’s shot
    * Nyla rose - as long as the women’s roster is cool with it, I don’t really care. Good pairing with Vicki
    * Road Rager card (clash of the champions)
    * Next week previews
    * Sammy and MJF
    WWE/NXT
    * hell In a cell has more women’s matches than men’s matches
    * NXT starts with what appears to be a random triple threat women’s tag match. Too many people on the roster. I get it, it’s for a slot at great American bash.
    * Ridiculous spot fests (6 person superplex) - yes, I know it was blocked, but still
    * Very formulaic
    * New breakout tournament - don’t they have enough on roster???
    * Kross is the real deal
    * Garagano nice promo - I’m smarter than you
    * I love anything that looks like a shoot Alla Tyson and Austin. I hate when there’s that invisible barrier
    * Creepy vaccine commercials continue
    * I really like LA Knight but he’s gotta stop being a verbal clone of 1999 Rock
    * Good to see Samoa joe back - when he speaks it feels like a shoot. Part of me wishes he went to AEW but he’s good in this role
    * Tommaso Ciampa can talk. I hope he never gets called up
    * Loving the shoot style altercation outside between kross and Gargano. Especially Gargano speaking into the camera. Vince definitely does not watch NXT
    * Is great American bash a response to AEW’s clash of the champions style shows
    Broken Skull Sessions - Mick Foley
    * Micks famous ear story vs Vader
    * Mind games match with HBK - top 10 career match for both
    * Pick me Steve sign / dude love
    * KoTR 1998 - cage wasn’t supposed to break?
    * The WWF really used to put out some earth shattering programming that earned the ratings
    * Hardened the Rock up for his upcoming program with Austin
    * Tony called Mick Foley crying lol
    * Wrestlemania 22 match with Edge
