  • REPLAY Bob Oswaks - Over Next
Bob Oswaks is the founder of Bob's Well Bread, based in Los Alamos, CA. It's funny how we both ended up in the bread business, 3,000 miles apart.
We talk about everything that went into starting his bakery, including the two years it took to develop a business plan and business model. His two years studying bread baking in San Francisco, why he chose Santa Barbara as his location, and what type of oven he uses and why.
