Lacrosse is the seven seed in the NCAA tourney and hosting at least two rounds starting Friday. Softball is a dangerous underdog in the SBC tourney where they’ll face the conference’s best pitcher from South Alabama. Baseball has been shockingly competitive in the SBC but can they hang in there the last two series and make the postseason? Plus a few lingering questions that have to mentioned around JMU athletics.

We’re back and gearing up for a big Lacrosse run the next month plus. But we start by talking Spring Game, waivers, and transfers for football. Then a glorious Dad story from Rob and a great OT where we remember some standout Dukes performances in painful losses that often get forgotten.

The women’s team gave fans one of the best and most fun big-game performances we’ve ever seen at JMU. And they’re back in the NCAA tourney for the first time in the oft-snake bitten Coach O era! We are so happy and proud and here to celebrate!
